NOVELTY - Graphene catalyst composition comprises catalyst, ammonium chloride, concentrated hydrochloric acid and water. The catalyst is cuprous chloride or cuprous ammonium chloride. USE - Graphene catalyzed composition for dimerization of acetylene dimer (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene catalyst composition, which involves: (A) mixing the cuprous chloride and ammonium chloride with water in a reactor at 60-90; (B) introducing the nitrogen air into the reactor; (C) mixing the graphene and concentrated hydrochloric acid with the obtained material; (D) reacting the mixture at 60-90 degrees C; and (E) continuously introducing nitrogen into the reactor.
