▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene modified carbon fiber pre-fabricated cloth is prepared by dipping carbon fiber in graphene conductive slurry, and preparing a graphene-modified conductive carbon fiber prepreg composite by multi-layer rolling and spreading yarn sandwiched between two layers of graphene-modified resin composite release paper. USE - The graphene modified carbon fiber pre-fabricated cloth is used in a military industry and aerospace. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified carbon fiber pre-fabricated cloth changes the adsorption capacity and compounding capacity of carbon fiber to active material, and has improved strength, toughness, conductivity, and unique characteristics such as ultra-thinness, water resistance, and attenuation resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene modified carbon fiber pre-fabricated cloth comprising (a) carbonizing carbon fiber with high temperature electric heating tube, (b) impregnating carbon fiber in 1-5 layers of 5% aqueous graphene conductive paste, (c) washing and drying carbon fiber, surface cleaning and oxidation, and drying treatment to obtain graphene-modified carbon fiber, (d) preparing a graphene resin feed liquid, where the graphene resin liquid is a graphene modified resin mixed liquid obtained by mixing uniformly the mixed liquid (A) and the resin liquid (B) and ultrasonically processing in a heating tank of the film coating machine, heating at 50-80 degrees C and coating modified resin on the release paper to obtain modified resin composite release paper, (e) spreading the yarn to comb the carbon fibers and heat pressing using a hot pressing roller to remove dozens of graphene modified carbon fiber threads in step (c), continuously arranging and sandwiching the modified resin composite release paper in the two-layer step for multiple hot roller rolling and spreading, and (f) rewinding the composite polyethylene film, and peeling-off the upper single-sided release paper of the modified composite release paper in step (e), and rewinding the composite polyethylene film.
