▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing oxidized graphene/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel involves performing microwave excitation of graphene surface to produce free radicals and carrying out the first reaction. The oxidized graphene is ultrasonically dispersed in water, then the aqueous solution of acrylamide and ammonium persulfate is added, and placed in a microwave reaction apparatus at 800-1200 Watt at 60-80 degrees C for 10-15 minutes to obtain gel-like semi-finished products. The amount of the graphene oxide, water, acrylamide, ammonium persulfate aqueous solution is 0.1 to 0.3 g: 20 to 40 mL: 10 to 15 g: 2 to 4 mL. USE - Method for preparing oxidized graphene/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare oxidized graphene/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel, which has tensile breaking strength 2 to 5 times of the conventional hydrogel and and the preparation method is easy to operate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing oxidized graphene/polyacrylamide composite hydrogel involves performing microwave excitation of graphene surface to produce free radicals and carrying out the first reaction. 2 to 4 wt.% ammonium persulfate aqueous solution is added. The gel-like semi-finished product is placed in the mold and reacted with the microwave at the same temperature for 2-6 hours to obtain the graphene / polyacrylamide composite hydrogel.
