NOVELTY - The graphene-based heavy metal ion adsorption material comprises 60-100 pts. wt. nitrogen-doped graphene, 10-30 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 20-50 pts. wt. ethanol, 5-25 pts. wt. maifan stone, 20-40 pts. wt. sepiolite, 15-35 pts. wt. glycine, 1-5 pts. wt. sodium nitrate, 6-10 pts. wt. ammonium bicarbonate, 2-6 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-7 pts. wt. methylcellulose, 12-18 pts. wt. talc powder, 5-9 pts. wt. initiator, 12-19 pts. wt. cross-linking agent and 70-130 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Graphene based heavy metal ion adsorption material. ADVANTAGE - The heavy metal ion adsorption material has low cost, fast adsorption rate and large adsorption and is rapidly regenerated by alkaline potassium permanganate. The adsorption capacity of sea foam mud is strong. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-based heavy metal ion adsorbing material, which involves (1) placing ethanol, glycine, sodium nitrate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate, titanium dioxide and methyl cellulose in reaction vessel equipped with stirrer and thermometer, increasing the temperature to 60 degrees C, stirring for 30 minute at 800 rpm, (2) mixing nitrogen-doped graphene, calcium carbonate, medical stone, sepiolite and talc powder with deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-60 minutes, adding product, stirring and mixing uniformly, (3) adding initiator and crosslinking agent to solution, heating at 85-95 degrees C and stirring for 4-8 hours at 55-65 rpm, (4) subjecting product to suction filtration, washing, and drying at 60-70 degrees C, and (5) immersing product in alkaline potassium permanganate solution for period of time, filtering, washing, and drying to constant weight.
