▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene ceramic tile comprises 7-12 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 8-40 pts. wt. potassium feldspar, 40-60 pts. wt. alumina sol, 15-30 pts. wt. spodumene, 15-30 pts. wt. borax, 20-40 pts. wt. kaolin, 3-6 pts. wt. boric acid, 3-6 pts. wt. phosphorus gypsum, 1-4 pts. wt. silicate cement and 3-10 pts. wt. ceramic tile glaze. The ceramic tile glaze comprises 17-26 pts. wt. feldspar, 15-25 pts. wt. lithium porcelain stone, 12-16 pts. wt. kaolin, 20-25 pts. wt. zirconium silicate, 1-3 pts. wt. conductive powder, 1-6 pts. wt. titanium oxide, 1-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 10-12 pts. wt. alumina, 15-30 pts. wt. cryolite, 15-30 pts. wt. cordierite, 20-40 pts. wt. cordierite and 5-7 pts. wt. yttrium oxide. USE - Graphene-based ceramic tile. ADVANTAGE - The graphene ceramic tile has improved structure strength, wear resistance, heat preservation, heat insulation and color durability, and reduced water absorption rate, and is beautiful and durable. The graphene ceramic tile is manufactured by a simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of manufacturing graphene ceramic tile, which involves: (A) mixing all raw materials of a ceramic tile compact according to a proportion, then carrying out ball milling, sieving and spray granulation; (B) carrying out cold isostatic pressing on the prepared particles; (C) standing the formed material block for 2-3 days, and aging to form blank block; (D) putting all raw materials of the glaze into a stirrer according to a proportion and stirring for 1-2 hours; (E) ball-milling raw materials of the glaze by a wet method, and sieving to obtain glaze; (F) applying glaze on the ceramic tile blank in a glaze spraying mode; and (G) firing the blank block with the glaze, and cooling after sintering.
