▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/metal oxide composite material comprises ultrasonic dispersing metal salt and graphite oxide solution for 0.5-5 hours to obtain uniform mixed solution and transferring into a sealed container; adding the mixed solution into 60-cobalt gamma -ray irradiation under the irradiation source; and completely washing the irradiated sample and drying to obtain the graphene/metal oxide composite material. USE - Method for preparing graphene/metal oxide composite material used for lithium battery cathode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, environment-friendly and good for batch preparation, has low cost and strong controllability, does not need to add reducing agent, ensures uniform and stable material structure, and can provide composite material having high theoretical specific capacity and excellent cycle performance and power performance.
