NOVELTY - Preparation of film involves preparing graphene oxide aqueous solution and polyimide precursor solution, mixing the graphene oxide aqueous solution with polyimide precursor solution to obtain graphene oxide/polyamic acid mixed solution, freezing the mixed solution to obtain graphene oxide/polyamic acid frozen sponge, freeze-drying the frozen sponge to obtain graphene oxide/polyamic acid composite sponge, placing the composite sponge in a hot-pressing reaction furnace, performing hot-pressing oxidation pretreatment to carry out reduction of graphene oxide and imidization of polyamic acid, mechanically pressing to obtain reduced graphene oxide/polyimide composite film, placing the composite film in a hot-pressing reaction furnace, carbonizing graphene and polyimide by vacuum heat treatment, mechanically pressurizing to obtain graphene/polyimide carbon film, placing the carbon film in high-temperature graphitization furnace and graphitizing the carbon film by gradient heating method. USE - Preparation of film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces film by a simple method. The film has good flexibility, high mechanical strength and excellent electrical and thermal conductivity and improves the dispersibility of graphene.
