DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of light gray conductive primer dry film comprising mixing uniformly the graphene slurry and rutile titanium dioxide slurry at a weight ratio of 2:1, soaking in 20-30 pts. wt. solvent, and adding slowly with 1-3 pts. wt. dispersing agent and 20-40 pts. wt. thermoplastic acrylic resin, and stirring to obtain the film. The rutile titanium dioxide slurry comprises 20-40 pts. wt. thermoplastic acrylic resin, 20-40 pts. wt. rutile titanium dioxide and 10-20 pts. wt. solvent.
