▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Aflatoxin adsorbent is claimed. The adsorbent is prepared by reacting graphene oxide and aminopropyl silica-gel microsphere under a coupling agent and weak acid environment, carrying out amide coupling reaction to obtain graphene oxide/aminopropyl silica-gel microsphere composite material, coupling composite material with aflatoxin antibody under a coupling agent and weakly acidic phosphate buffer solution, stirring, post-processing to obtain aflatoxin adsorbent, where the mass ratio of graphite oxide and aminopropyl silica-gel microsphere composite material is 450-550:1. USE - The aflatoxin adsorbent is useful for removing aflatoxin in edible vegetable oil. ADVANTAGE - The aflatoxin adsorbent: is suitable for adsorbing a variety of aflatoxins; is granular, and convenient to use; and can reduce the contamination of aflatoxin in edible vegetable oils. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Aflatoxin adsorbent is claimed. The adsorbent is prepared by (a) reacting graphene oxide and aminopropyl silica-gel microsphere in a ratio of 1:400-500 under a coupling agent and weak acid environment at 20-30 degrees C, and carrying out amide coupling reaction to obtain graphene oxide/aminopropyl silica-gel microsphere composite material, and (b) coupling composite material with aflatoxin antibody under a coupling agent and weakly acidic phosphate buffer solution, stirring at 0-4 degrees C for amide coupling reaction, and post-processing to obtain aflatoxin adsorbent, where the mass ratio of graphite oxide and aminopropyl silica-gel microsphere composite material is 450-550:1. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for removing aflatoxin in edible vegetable oil, comprising dispersing aflatoxin adsorbent in water, exposing the edible vegetable oil to completely contact to absorb, allowing to stand and stratifying for oil-water separation.
