▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a vertical graphene/manganese dioxide composite material involves: (1) pretreating a carbon cloth base material, then activating with concentrated sulfuric acid, washing several times with deionized water and ethanol to obtain a pretreated carbon cloth base material; (2) placing the pretreated carbon cloth base material in a tubular furnace, vacuumizing, then increasing the temperature to 450-550 degrees C, when the microwave power reaches 550-650 W, generating a hydrogen plasma under a hydrogen atmosphere, treating the carbon cloth with plasma under a mixed atmosphere of hydrogen and methane, heating at 750-850 degrees C, heat preserving for 1-2 hours, and taking out to obtain a vertical graphene material grown on the carbon cloth base material; and (3) immersing the vertical graphene material obtained in step (2) in an aqueous solution of potassium permanganate, then proceeding with hydrothermal reaction, cooling the reactor, removing the reaction product, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing a vertical graphene/manganese dioxide composite material, which is useful as a cathode material of a zinc-ion battery (claimed) in a mobile communication, electric vehicles and an aerospace. ADVANTAGE - The vertical graphene/manganese dioxide composite material has high specific capacitance, rate performance and cycle life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the vertical graphene/manganese dioxide composite material prepared by the above method.
