NOVELTY - Preparing graphene antistatic polyester masterbatch involves dissolving graphite oxide, graphene, and modifier in water to react, then drying, cooling and grinding to powder to obtain modified graphene powder. The modified graphene powder is added to the polyester particles, melt-extruded, cooled and granulated. USE - Method for preparing graphene antistatic polyester masterbatch used for graphene antistatic polyester-nylon parallel composite elastic fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene antistatic polyester masterbatch, that has excellent antistatic effect, and graphene has good dispersibility and compatibility in the polymer, and polyester-nylon parallel composite elastic fiber added with the graphene antistatic polyester masterbatch has excellent antistatic ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene antistatic polyester-nylon parallel composite elastic fiber, which involves: (A) drying the PET slices and polyaniline six (PA6) slices separately, adding the graphene antistatic polyester masterbatch, and then adding the anti-fibrillation modifier A to the PET slices to the PA6 slices, and adding anti-fibre modifier B; (B) performing melt extrusion through a screw extruder to obtain graphene PET spinning melt and graphene PA6 spinning melt; (C) feeding two spinning melts into the two-component composite spinning assembly through their corresponding pipes for spinning; and (D) cooling, oiling, drawing, setting and winding, the yarn is obtained with graphene antistatic polyester-nylon parallel composite elastic fiber.
