NOVELTY - A rubber composition comprises a raw material rubber, a reinforcing resin, and a methylene donor composite. The methylene donor composite comprises graphene oxide. USE - Rubber composition used for forming tire bead apex. ADVANTAGE - The rubber composition has excellent hardness and complex modulus, steering stability and handleability. Since the rubber composition has excellent thermal stability, it can prevent separation between the bead apex and the component ply. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of rubber composition, which involves preparing graphene oxide, preparing an emulsion comprising a methylene donor, adding the graphene oxide to the emulsion and performing a solvothermal reaction, drying the solvothermal reaction mixture to obtain a methylene donor composite and mixing the methylene donor composite, raw rubber, and reinforcing resin.
