NOVELTY - The sensor has a main body provided with two electrodes (1, 5). A graphene layer (2) is covered on a zinc oxidation substrate (4). A positive lower part of one of the electrodes is covered with an insulation layer (3) for isolating a region of a graphene layer and the zinc oxide substrate. The graphene layer is adhered with the zinc oxidation substrate. The electrodes are made of gold, copper, silver, nickel, titanium, aluminum, chromium, platinum, indium tin oxide and azobenzene material. The insulation layer is covered with an insulation medium film. USE - Graphene and zinc oxide heterojunction biologic sensor for use in a clinical detection area and a biological medical detection area. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is simple in structure, and has high sensitivity and rapid response characteristics.
