▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous conductive paste comprises film-forming resin and conductive component, where conductive component includes at least carbon nanotubes, organic phase change material with a polar group and a crosslinking agent. The organic phase change material, the crosslinking agent and the film-forming resin can react at a set temperature to form a crosslinked network, and each mole of the organic phase change material contains no more than 4 moles of polar groups. USE - The aqueous conductive paste is useful for preparing planar heating elements e.g. electric floor heating system, heating seat cushion and electric blanket. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous conductive paste is environmentally friendly and has high PTC strength, long cycle life and high temperature stability resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a planar heating element comprising a substrate, a carbon film layer and an electrode formed on the substrate, where the carbon film layer is made of the aqueous conductive paste; a method for preparing planar heating element comprising coating aqueous conductive paste on substrate, heating and curing to form the carbon film, baking carbon film, and carrying out baking at 10±20℃ of the phase transition temperature of the organic phase change material and of the phase transition temperature of the organic phase change material, baking for 12-72 hours, when there are more than one organic phase change materials, the set temperature is based on the lowest phase change temperature; and a heating product.
