NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based superhydrophobic B10 copper-nickel alloy involves polishing B10 copper-nickel alloy with 60-mesh sandpaper, 120-mesh sandpaper, 320-mesh sandpaper, 600-mesh sandpaper and 1200-mesh sandpaper in sequence, to remove impurities and oxides on the surface, ultrasonically cleaning with absolute ethanol and acetone for 10 minutes to remove organic substance, drying with nitrogen, and forming superhydrophobic structure by electrodeposition using an electrolyte comprising 10-20 %mass graphene oxide, 15-30 %mass linolenic acid, 5-10 %mass benzotriazole and 40-70 %mass anhydrous ethanol. USE - Preparation of graphene-based superhydrophobic B10 copper-nickel alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-based superhydrophobic B10 copper-nickel alloy with corrosion inhibition efficiency of more than 99%.
