NOVELTY - Modified carbon fiber, obtained by sizing carbon fibers with a magnetic graphene oxide solution comprising a film-forming agent as a sizing agent. USE - The carbon fiber or materials are useful in preparing carbon fiber polymer composite material, carbon fiber reinforced resin composite material, in preparing aerospace, ship submarine, energy device, intelligent manufacturing, industrial robot, vehicle engineering, exercise machine and other fields of electromagnetic shielding piece (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the carbon-fiber reinforced composite material interface performance; exhibits excellent electromagnetic shielding performance, especially high-frequency electromagnetic shielding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMs are also included for: (1) Preparing modified carbon fiber comprising taking the magnetic graphene oxide solution containing film agent sizing agent, sizing the carbon fiber obtaining the product. (2) Carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite material, prepared by the repairing modified carbon fiber as the reinforcing material, preferably obtaining carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite material by infiltrating the base material on the repaired and modified carbon fiber and curing at 100-140degreesC at a pressure of 0-30 Mpa, heat preserving for 1-3 hours, then heating to 140-180degreesC at a pressure of 0-30 MPa, heat preserving for 1-3 hours, and finally cooling to room temperature, where the base material comprising resin and curing agent or catalyst in an equivalent ratio of (0.01-99.99): (0.01-99.99), preferably 1:1, the resin comprising epoxy resin, polyester resin, vinyl ester, bismaleimide, thermosetting polyimide, cyanate ester, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyamide, polyformaldehyde, polycarbonate, polyphenylene oxide, polysulfone or rubber. (3) Preparing carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite material comprising (1) dissolving the resin and curing agent, mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain the resin mixture, (2) soaking the resin mixture on the modified carbon fiber, curing and forming to obtain the product.
