NOVELTY - High oxygen barrier biaxially oriented high-density polyethylene film comprises a five-layer structure of an upper layer, an adhesive layer, an intermediate layer, an adhesive layer, and a lower layer. The thickness of the film is 60-100 mum. The tensile strength of the film is 100-132 Mpa. The elongation at break is 210-290%. The oxygen transmission rate is 2x10-5 to 6x10-5 cm3/m2/day/Pa, and the haze is 4.6-5.9%. USE - Used as high oxygen barrier biaxially oriented high-density polyethylene film. ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent mechanical properties and high oxygen barrier properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the film, comprising (S1) mixing high-density polyethylene resin, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer adhesive resin and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin, (S2) after the mixing in step (S1) is completed, extruding through the extruder, and then combining in the T-shaped die head after passing through the flow channel distributor, (S3) cooling the above-mentioned resin flowing out from the T-shaped die by a chill roll to form a resin casting sheet, (S4) preheating the resin casting sheet in step (S3), and then bidirectional synchronous stretching, and (S5) trimming the stretched film and winding up by a winder.
