▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fabrication of polyamidoamine dendrimer/zinc oxide-polyethylene glycol nanoparticles-grafted reduced graphene oxide-based face mask involves synthesizing a graphene nanosheets/nanofiber from different kinds of waste materials including textile waste by using a pyrolysis at different condition of temperature and pressure, functionalizing the graphene nanosheets/nanofiber with polyamidoamine and zinc oxide-polyethylene glycol nanofiber and functionalizing the graphene/nanofiber with sialic acid/zinc/copper nanoparticles by using different approaches such as hydrothermal technique or sol-gel process, dispersing the functionalized product into a solution of non-woven polypropylene by using ball milling or ultrasonic homogenization to prepare ink (A), fabricating an active layer by spray coating the ink along with a trap and a kill layer of the face mask. An ink of graphene nanosheets/nanofiber in the acetone and polypropylene is prepared using ball milling or ultrasonic homogenization. USE - Fabrication of polyamidoamine dendrimer/zinc oxide-polyethylene glycol nanoparticles-grafted reduced graphene oxide-based face mask used for protection of viruses that causes pandemic and coronavirus disease (COVID-19), influenza and flu. ADVANTAGE - The method enables fabrication of economical polyamidoamine dendrimer/zinc oxide-polyethylene glycol nanoparticles-grafted reduced graphene oxide-based face mask by using the economical graphene oxide derived from waste materials. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the face mask. Outer layer (1) Layer (2) Graphene assisted active layer (3) Sponge cotton layer (4) Inner layer cotton (5)
