NOVELTY - Easy-to-clean antibacterial car shield with metal surface hardness comprises 1-5 pts. wt. self-cleaning nano additive, 12-18 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing silicone resin, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. catalyst, 12-18 pts. wt. nano siloxane, 35-45 pts. wt. methylcyclohexane, 8-12 pts. wt. environmental protection flux, 3-8 pts. wt. silicon-containing surface additive, 3-8 pts. wt. nano silver, and 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene. USE - The easy-to-clean antibacterial car shield with metal surface hardness is useful for technical field of nano-coating. ADVANTAGE - The composition of the invention is green and environment-friendly, has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, antibacterial properties and mechanical strength. The preparation method is simple and easy to repeat, and is suitable as a coating on the metal surface of automobiles, machinery and equipment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: a method for preparing the easy-to-clean antibacterial car shield, comprising (i) mixing and stirring hydrogen-containing silicone resin, silicon-containing surface additive, nano silver, catalyst, and graphene, and heating to 70-80 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, naturally cooling to room temperature, crushing, and passing through a 60-80 mesh sieve to obtain a modified hydrogen-containing silicone resin; and (ii) mixing the modified hydrogen-containing silicone resin, environment-friendly fluxing, nano-siloxane, methylcyclohexane and self-cleaning nano-additives into the autoclave, and mixing at 100-120 degrees C, 2-3 Mpa and stirring for 15-30 minutes and cooling to room temperature.
