NOVELTY - Crystalline reduced graphene oxide (rGO) (I) having ID/IG ratio of 0.11-0.04 and dHD size of 1-800 nm, is new, where the rGO has N in the system indicative of the hydrazine in the visible region, and the hydrrazine is retained in the crystalline rGO matrix, and shows no weak forces in a solar cell panel between the visible and non-visible regions, and has no vanals derals in the solar panel between 0.1-1 nm, and a dHD of 1 nm to 800 nm. USE - Manufacture of crystalline reduced graphene oxide used in flexible electronic devices.Also used in the field of electronic printing, such as spray coating, dip coating, spin coating, screen printing, inkjet printing, pad printing, knife coating, kiss coating or gravure coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide material has excellent dispersibility of rGO in the solvent, uniformity of film formation, and processing efficiency, and improves the photoelectric conversion performance of photovoltaic panels. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing crystalline reduced graphene oxide (rGO),involves (i) Oxidation of graphite by intercalation with an oxidizing agent in microwave and ultrasonicator; (j) reduced graphene oxide (GO) by reducing agent or by treatment with hydrazine; (k) washing of rGO multiple times and drying at 40-100°C overnight;(l) solution was prepared by using 1 mg of rGO in solvent; (m) the solution was subjected to repeated cycles of ultra-sonication and probe-sonication to form uniformly dispersed solution; (n) hydrophobic rGO floated on surface and hydrophilic rGO is dissolved in solution; (o) separation of hydrophobic rGO; (p) treating hydrophilic rGO with light irradiation.
