▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of dual-network graphene epoxy composite material involves mixing graphene sheets, dispersant, crosslinking agent and water to obtain graphene dispersion, immersing melamine foam in the graphene dispersion, extruding to obtain graphene-loaded melamine foam, soaking graphene-loaded melamine foam in metal ion solution for crosslinking, repeating immersion-extrusion and immersion-crosslinking processes in order to obtain three-dimensional graphene-melamine foam, mixing epoxy resin, curing agent, accelerator and nano-filler to obtain epoxy resin mixture, vacuum immersing the three-dimensional graphene-melamine foam in epoxy resin mixture and curing. The metal ion in the metal ion solution is divalent calcium ion, trivalent aluminum ion or ferric ion. USE - Preparation of dual-network graphene epoxy composite material (claimed) for dynamic self-lubricating sealing material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared dual-network graphene epoxy composite material has high thermal conductivity, low friction coefficient, and excellent wear resistance.
