NOVELTY - The method involves slowly pumping off a liquid surface at an angle of 45-degrees. A silver-reduced graphene oxide and polydimethylsiloxane film is transferred to a tubular furnace for annealing treatment to obtain a silver-reduced graphene oxide and polydimethylsiloxane. The polydimethylsiloxane and the silver-reduced graphene oxide/silver-reduced graphene oxide and polydimethylsiloxane are interlocked by a flexible sensor. Two blocks of the silver-reduced graphene oxide film are placed oppositely together according to need to cut proper size. An upper layer and a lower layer is connected with a lead. The inter-lockable polydimethylsiloxane and the silver-reduced graphene oxide/silver-reduced graphene oxide and polydimethylsiloxane flexible sensor are manufactured. USE - Method for manufacturing a silk template interlocking type flexible pressure sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the market common silk as the template of the structured structured PDMS, compared with the conventional preparation the low cost of structured polydimethylsilicon sulfide (PDMS). The method is simple, and can form various needed structuring template. The method utilizes the common silk in the market as a template of structured PDMMS, after using the silk, it can be repeatedly used after washing, as the stable and recyclable template material. The interlocking type flexible pressure sensor of the method with preparation template, because of the interlocking structure, under the action of external force, has increased specific surface area and sensitivity. The pressure sensing is more sensitive.
