NOVELTY - Preparation of a natural graphene cellulose blended spunbond nonwoven fabric (6) involves (b) adding a solution comprising potassium permanganate which is continuously added until none of a purple smoke generated by reacting with the potassium permanganate formed from distilled water to product of process (a), (c) adding a solution to the product and filtering a dark green solution into a cake, (e) drying cake in an oven to obtain a dried solid graphite oxide, and (h) filtrating product, washing filtrate with water to remove the compound (c2), and back-filtrating to obtain a graphene solution. USE - Preparation of natural graphene cellulose blended spunbond nonwoven fabric used in textile fields. ADVANTAGE - The method produces natural graphene cellulose blended spunbond nonwoven fabric which can decomposes naturally and is harmless, natural, and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of a natural graphene cellulose blended spunbond nonwoven fabric involves (a) combining a graphite powder with a solution comprising 1-10 wt.% compound (c1) chosen from sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, perchloric acid, hydrogen iodide, hydrofluoric acid, and nitric acid, stirring for 30 minutes in an ice bath environment, (b) adding a solution comprising 1-20 wt.% potassium permanganate which is continuously added until none of a purple smoke generated by reacting with the potassium permanganate formed from the distilled water to the product of process (a), stirring for 1-2 hours, and adding distilled water, (c) adding a solution comprising 1-10 wt.% hydrogen peroxide to the product and filtering a dark green solution into a cake, (d) rinsing the cake with a solution comprising 5 wt.% hydrochloric acid to remove sulfate ions, and washing the cake with distilled water, (e) drying the cake of process (d) in an oven at 40 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain a dried solid graphite oxide, (f) adding distilled water to the dried solid graphite oxide of process (e) and treating by ultrasonic vibration for 30 minutes to obtain a graphite oxide solution having a graphite oxide concentration of 0.03-0.5 wt.%, (g) adding a solution comprising 1-10 wt.% of a compound (c2) chosen from sodium borohydride, potassium borohydride, lithium aluminum hydride, and sodium citrate to the graphite oxide solution of process (f), and treating by ultrasonic vibration for 30-60 minutes, (h) filtrating the product of process (g), washing the filtrate with water 3-5 times to remove the compound (c2), and back-filtrating to obtain a graphene solution, (i) adding the graphene solution to a slurry solution formed by mixing a pulp with N-methylmorpholine N-oxide (NMMO) and a stabilizer in an expansion dissolving tank, and mixing at 60-80 degrees C, (j) removing water to 5-13% within 5 minutes from the product of process (i) using a thin film evaporator (TFE), the cellulose is dissolved to form a spinning dope and heating at 80-130 degrees C, (k) squeezing spinning dope of process (j) from a spinning orifice by using a spunbond process to form the natural graphene cellulose blended filament strand, which comprises pressuring the spinning dope by a metering pump, filtering and degassing by a continuous filter (CPF), transporting the spinning dope into a spinning tank, and stretching the spinning dope outward by air gap cooling through the spinning orifice, to form the natural graphene cellulose blended filament strand and (l) feeding the natural graphene cellulose blended filament strand of process (k) into a coagulation liquid, solidifying and regenerating the filament strand, stretching the filament strand under high pressure and high speed by an air stream drafting device, stacking the filament strand on a collection web (4) to form a fibrous network structure, and washing, water needle punching, drying, oiling and coiling the fibrous network structure to form a natural graphene cellulose blended spunbond nonwoven fabric. The hydrogen peroxide solution is added until no bubbles are formed and the mixture becomes dark green. The distilled water is added up to 200 ml/0.06-1.0 g of the dried solid graphite oxide. The weight ratio of graphene oxide to the compound (c2) is 1:1-1:5 in the resulting solution. The ratio of graphene solution is 0.11-5.0 wt.%. The pulp is chosen from wood pulp, cotton pulp, and bamboo. The pulp comprises 65% or more alpha -cellulose with a polymerization degree of 500-1500. The NMMO has a concentration of 50-78%. The ratio of each component among the components comprised in the dope is 5-15% water, 70-90% NMMO, and 5-15% cellulose. The concentration of the coagulation liquid is 2.0-10.0%. After washing the content of residual NMMO solvent is less than 0.1%.
