▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nano-particle graphene-melamine sponge composite material involves cleaning of melamine sponge by using acetone, ethanol and de-ionized water to remove surface contaminants, drying with nitrogen, oxidizing graphite powder by using hydrogen peroxide to remove surplus of oxidant to obtain oxidized graphene solution, preparing graphene oxide solution and chloroauric acid solution according to their mixing ratio. The cleaned melamine sponge soaked in chloroauric acid. USE - Method for preparing nano-particle graphene-melamine sponge composite material used as catalyst to degrade industrial pollutants and electrode material to detect presence of low concentrations of hydrogen peroxide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nano-particle graphene-melamine sponge composite material in simple and eco-friendly manner which has good repeating performance, stable composite product, improves response sensitivity, and reduces the detection limit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nano-particle graphene-melamine sponge composite material involves cleaning of melamine sponge by using acetone, ethanol and de-ionized water to remove surface contaminants, drying with nitrogen, oxidizing graphite powder by using hydrogen peroxide to remove surplus of oxidant to obtain oxidized graphene solution, preparing graphene oxide solution and chloroauric acid solution according to their mixing ratio. The cleaned melamine sponge soaked in chloroauric acid, and mixed with graphene oxide solution, extruded redundant liquid then put in drying table and repeated this process for 2-3 times. The prepared solution is reacted at high temperature, taken out sample, cleaned and dried to obtain recyclable nano-particle graphene-melamine foam composite material.
