NOVELTY - Preparation of water-based graphene oxide nano-fungicide comprises dissolving graphene oxide in water to obtain 0.5-1 g/L graphene oxide aqueous dispersion; dissolving fungicide in dimethyl sulfoxide, N-N dimethylformamide or methanol to obtain 1.25:1-3.75:1 organic phase fungicide solution, dropping to graphene oxide aqueous dispersion at ratio of 2:1-2:3 while vigorously stirring for 24-48 hours, removing free pesticide molecules by dialysis or cleaning with reaction solution, high-speed centrifuging to remove supernatant, and freeze-drying to obtain solid water-based graphene oxide nano-pesticide; and dispersing in water at ratio of 1:100-1000, adding 1 wt.% Tween 80 (RTM: polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate), and sonicating. USE - The method is for preparation of water-based graphene oxide nano-fungicide for preventing and controlling crops fungal diseases, such as rice blast, sheath blight, powdery mildew, bacterial wilt, anthrax or leaf spot (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-fungicide contains graphene oxide that causes damage to fungal cells allowing the precise release of drugs, achieves efficient use of medicines, and has pi-pi conjugate effect, excellent synergistic mechanism, and good water solubility and anti-drift performance.
