NOVELTY - Tire innerliner formulation comprises 100 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 30-50 pts. wt. carbon black N660, 2-15 pts. wt. resin-graphene premix, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. rosin, 1.0-1.5 pts. wt. sulfur, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator DZ, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. scorch inhibitor CTP. USE - Tire innerliner formulation. ADVANTAGE - The tire innerliner formulation improves graphene dispersion in air-tight layer formulation, tightness of composite material, profits of enterprise and reduces cost of air tight layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing tire innerliner formulation, which involves: (A) adding 100 pts. wt. styrene butadiene rubber, 30-50 pts. wt. carbon black N660, 2-15 pts. wt. resin-graphene premix, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. rosin to internal mixer to maintain filling factor of 70-75%; (B) discharging glue at 150-160 degrees C, rubberizing time is 2-4 minutes, thickness of lower film of internal mixer is 5-10 millimeter, and masterbatch is prepared, adding section of masterbatch obtained to internal mixer, filling factor of internal mixer is 70-75%; and (C) adding 1.0-1.5 pts. wt. sulfur, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator DZ, and prevention coke CTP is 0.2-0.4 pts. wt., rubber mixing time is 3-4 minutes, and debinding temperature is 100 degrees C, inner portion of mixer is control to thickness of 5-7 mm to obtain tire inner liner formula compound.
