▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electroconductive variable triple layer carbon nanotube (1) has 3 cylindrical graphene sheets (I-III) (2,4,6) comprising triple-layer carbon nanotube. Sheets (I,II), which are positioned at outer side and inner side has a functional group (3,5) in surface, respectively. Electroconductivity of sheet (III), which is positioned at the center, is controlled by the functional groups of sheets (I,II). USE - As conducting wire and transistor material, for next generation nano electronic circuits. ADVANTAGE - The electroconductive variable triple layer carbon nanotube having controlled electroconductivity is manufactured economically and easily. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) synthesis of triple layer carbon nanotube; and (2) synthesis of electroconductive variable triple layer carbon nanotube.
