▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method of immobilizing bifunctional acid urease involves preparing immobilized carrier by crosslinking glutaraldehyde cross-linked graphene oxide and chitosan microsphere and fixing the bifunctional acid urease. USE - The method is useful for immobilizing bifunctional acid urease, which is useful for removing ethyl carbamate in fermented food (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the fixed amount of enzyme, pH stability and temperature stability due to the addition of graphene oxide and chitosan cross-linked carrier and the utilization rate of the enzyme. The immobilized bifunctional acid urease reduces the volatile substances and removes urea and urethane in yellow wine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) carrier for immobilizing an enzyme; and (2) immobilized bifunctional acid urease is prepared by the above-mentioned method.
