▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene modified strong acid-alkali-resistant electroplating powder coating comprises 55-75 wt.% unsaturated polyester resin, 5-7 wt.% coumarone resin, 0.8-1.5 wt.% isophorone, 2-10 wt.% silicon powder, 0.5-1.5 wt.% synergistic antioxidant, 1-3 wt.% inorganic pigment and filler, 5-15 wt.% zinc phosphate tetrahydrate, 0.5-1 wt.% modified graphene, 2-15 wt.% rutile titanium dioxide, and 5-7 wt.% leveling agent as component A, and 35-55 wt.% intermediate benzoic acid of unsaturated polyester resin with hardener as B component. USE - Used as graphene modified strong acid-alkali-resistant electroplating powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent physical and mechanical properties; and ensures the acid and alkali resistance of powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene modified strong acid-alkali-resistant electroplating powder coating, comprising (i) heating the barrel of the mixing, extrusion and dispersion device to 100-200 degrees C, and adding the A component mixture to the hopper of the mixing, extrusion and dispersion device, (ii) starting the screw of the extruding and dispersing device, adjusting the screw speed to 45-80 revolutions/minute (rpm), starting the feeder, and extruding mixture in the hopper by the screw in the barrel, (iii) cooling the extruded mixture, when the mixture is sufficiently cooling, and sending the mixture into the tablet press for crushing treatment, (iv) sending the crushed mixed material into a grinder for grinding through 250-meshes sieve to obtain component A mixed powder, (v) heating the barrel of the mixing, extrusion and dispersion device to 80-120 degrees C, and adding the mixture of component B to the hopper of the mixing, extrusion and dispersion device, (vi) starting the screw of the mixing, extruding and dispersing device, and adjusting the screw speed to 40-80 rpm, starting the feeder, and extruding the mixture in the hopper by the screw in the barrel, (vii) cooling down the extruded mixture, when the mixture is sufficiently cooled, and sending the mixed material into the tablet press for crushing treatment, (viii) sending the crushed mixed material into a grinder and grinding through 250 meshes sieve to obtain mixed powder of component B, and (ix) adding the mixed powder of component A obtained in the step (iv) and the mixed powder of component B obtained in step (viii) to the stirring and dispersing kettle for thorough mixing to obtain graphene modified strong acid and alkali resistant electroplating powder coating.
