NOVELTY - Graphene-PVC drainage pipe comprises 75-80 wt.% rigid PVC, 15-20 wt.% additives, 3-5 wt.% calcium carbonate and 0.5-1 wt.% graphene. USE - Graphene-PVC drainage pipe. ADVANTAGE - The drainage pipe has greatly improved strength, durability, high-temperature resistance, cold resistance, corrosion resistance and antistatic property, avoids electrostatic adhesion of deposits which prevents possibility of pipe blockage, and has greatly improved service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of graphene-PVC drainage pipe comprising taking calcium-zinc stabilizer and graphene, stirring to obtain graphene slurry, heating rigid PVC powder to 60 degrees C, stirring with graphene slurry, acrylic powder PVC processing aid and CR-988 rutile titanium dioxide powder, raising temperature to 80 degrees C, adding calcium carbonate, heating while stirring until temperature reaches 120 degrees C, cooling slowly to 50 degrees C, stirring with TLZJ-903 coupling agent powder, filtering, melt extruding, molding, cooling setting, performing traction, marking and cutting.
