NOVELTY - Casting wax comprises paraffin, ethylene-vinyl acetate and resin. USE - The preparing casting wax is useful in useful in precision casting process and in workshop environment and section processing procedure. ADVANTAGE - The wax: is environment-friendly and durable; has 70-75℃ ring and ball softening point, 82-86℃ melting point, 5-7x10-1 mm penetration, ≤0.02% ash content, strong anti-aging ability, and good fluidity. The method has improved work efficacy, and good stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: preparing casting wax, comprising adding paraffin, ethylene-vinyl acetate, and resin to reaction kettle, heating at 130-150℃, stirring at 100-150 revolutions/minutes for 30-45 minutes, and then cooling to room temperature. use method of casting wax, comprising (i) turning casting wax into wax liquid at 110-120℃, pouring into wax press machine for heat preservation at 53-63℃, (ii) using cleaning agent to clean mold, cleaning and drying with a fan, (iii) uniformly applying thin layer of release agent to cavity and parting surface of mold, and adjusting temperature of mold to 20-25℃, (iv) injecting wax at 53-58℃ with wax injection pressure of 5-80 kg/cm2, (v) holding at pressure of 1-2 minutes with working pressure of 1.5-3 kg/cm2, (vi) demolding for 1-5 minutes, (vii) collecting out investment mold, placing into cooling water to cool, where the cooling water includes 0.5-1% washing powder, (viii) filling up depressions, cracks, and pores on surface of wax model one by one, flattening bulge on surface of wax model, and polishing rough parts on surface of wax model to obtain wax model, (ix) immersing wax pattern in coating, attaching surface of wax pattern to layer of coating, and sprinkling surface of coating with quartz sand, spraying layer of adhesive on surface of wax model wrapped with quartz sand, then sprinkling layer of quartz sand on surface of adhesive, then placing into ammonium chloride solution to harden, hardening and drying, (x) using steam dewaxing with steam temperature of 95-100℃, and steam pressure of 0.1-0.29 Mpa, and (xi) recycling while dewaxing, allowing detached wax liquid to flow out without water after stabilized in wax pool, and pouring sheets or ingots.
