▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polyurethane foam comprises zinc oxide (ZnO) micron hybrid graphene coating having a thickness of 0.3-0.8 mm. The mass ratio of ZnO to graphene is 5%. USE - Polyurethane foam used for petroleum contaminated water restoration. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane foam has improved lipophilic hydrophobic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of polyurethane foam comprising: (A) dissolving ZnO in water to prepare 40 mg/ml ZnO suspension; (B) dissolving the formulated graphite oxide in ethanol at a concentration of 1 mg/ml suspension, mixing the suspension liquid prepared in step (A) and the ZnO suspension liquid to obtain a mixture of hybrid graphite oxide, where the mass ratio of the graphite oxide and ZnO is 20:1; and (C) immersing the polyurethane foam in mixed solution, where the ratio of the polyurethane foam to graphite oxide is 2.5:1, stirring for 30 minutes, continuously ultrasonic for 2 hours, regulating the pH of the mixed solution to 9-9.5 with hydrazine hybrid graphene oxide, taking out the foam, rinsing with deionized water, and drying to obtain the polyurethane foam.
