▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing a modified graphene, comprises intercalating or inserting a mixture of intercalating agents in a spacing within carbon substrates or between the carbon substrates to weaken binding force between interlayers of the carbon substrates or between the carbon substrates to form the pretreated carbon substrates, and exfoliating the pretreated carbon substrates to obtain the modified graphene. USE - The method is useful for producing a modified graphene that is useful for obtaining materials with a surface-enhanced Raman scattering spectrum (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: provides modified graphene that exhibits a sheet resistance of 15-40 Omega /square (claimed); utilizes substituted radical to reduce the content of sulfate, which reduces 90% of the content of concentrated sulfuric acid during the manufacturing method, thus achieving a yield up to 100%; utilizes the oxygen-containing functional groups on it are retained and feasible for separation by different means, to control their size or shape, as well as the proportion of functional groups are high, thus resulting in better dispersion; and exfoliates MWCNTs or oxidized single-walled carbon nanotubes and still retains nearly 100% yield while reducing consumption of concentrated sulfuric acid by 90%, hence eco-friendly.
