NOVELTY - Preparation of nano-red phosphorus and graphene composite negative electrode material involves wet-grinding red phosphorus, subjecting to solvothermal reaction, suction-filtering, and drying residue to obtain nano-red phosphorus; reacting graphite flake with concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate to obtain graphene oxide; and mixing nano-red phosphorus and graphene oxide, subjecting to hydrothermal reaction with stirring, cooling reaction mixture to room temperature, suction-filtering, and drying residue under vacuum at 60 degrees C for 12 hours. USE - Method for preparing nano-red phosphorus and graphene composite negative electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has moderate reaction condition, simple device and operation, and high safety. The obtained electrode has good charge-discharge cycle performance and multiplying power performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nano-red phosphorus and graphene composite negative electrode material comprises wet-grinding red phosphorus for 5 minutes, transferring into container with solvent, subjecting to solvothermal reaction with stirring, cooling reaction mixture to room temperature, suction-filtering, and drying residue under vacuum at 60 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain nano-red phosphorus with particle size of 200-700 nm; adding graphite flake into concentrated sulfuric acid at 0 degrees C with stirring, adding potassium permanganate into mixture slowly, reacting at low temperature for 2 hours, and reacting further at high temperature for 0.5 hour to obtain graphene oxide; and mixing nano-red phosphorus and graphene oxide, subjecting to hydrothermal reaction with stirring, cooling reaction mixture to room temperature, suction-filtering, and drying residue under vacuum at 60 degrees C for 12 hours.
