NOVELTY - Preparing sulfur gradient distribution lithium sulfur battery anode sheet comprises (i) mixing carbon material and sulfur powder uniformly to obtain sulfur carbon powder; (ii) heating the sulfur-carbon powder to obtain a sulfur-carbon composite material; (iii) mixing the sulfur-carbon composite material with a conductive agent, an agglomerant and a solvent to obtain a slurry, coating the slurry on the current collector and heating to form the anode sheet; and (iv) placing the anode sheet obtained in a heating device for heating with the current collector on top and the coating slurry on the bottom. The carbon material comprises at least one of Ketjen black, acetylene black, graphite, graphene, and/or porous carbon spheres and the sulfur powder is sublimed sulfur powder. The conductive agent comprises at least one of acetylene black and/or Super P and the agglomerant comprises an oil-based agglomerant polyvinylidene fluoride or an aqueous agglomerant carboxymethyl cellulose. USE - The method is useful for preparing sulfur gradient distribution lithium sulfur battery anode sheet is useful in lithium sulfur battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method constructs a lithium-sulfur anode sheet with sulfur gradient distribution only by controlling the heating of the lithium-sulfur battery with simple and environmentally friendly treatment process which is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
