NOVELTY - Extraction based on new graphene material comprises adding purified water and graphene flakes into an extracting device, and pouring quantitative concentrated stripping liquid; extracting graphene by firstly starting the peripheral device, only extracting the water in the extracting device, then discharging it back into the extracting device to form water circulation flow, and forming spiral water flow to promote graphene flakes turning and rolling so that the stripping liquid fully peels off the graphene; residue filtering comprising after the graphene extraction is finished, switching pipeline pumping water, extracting the scale residue, filtering and draining the water back to the extracting device; and graphene discharging comprising after extracting, powering off the device, discharging the water mixed with graphene, and using centrifuge to centrifugally separate the graphene in it. USE - The process is for extraction based on new graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The 1 process achieves full turning and rolling of graphene flakes to reach better peeling effect, without additionally setting the stirring device. The separating barrel is provided with a material blocking structure capable of blocking part of the graphene flakes, so as to avoid the graphene flakes from rotating completely along with the water flow, and has better effect compared with the prior art stirring structure by fully contacting graphene with the stripping liquid.
