NOVELTY - Preparing hard carbon fiber heat insulating material with graphene high-efficiency anti-erosion layer involves uniformly spraying the binder onto the surface of the carbon fiber needle felt, winding the treated carbon fiber needled felt onto the forming mold for forming, subjecting the formed product to curing treatment and carbonization treatment in sequence to obtain a hard carbon fiber thermal insulation material blank, machining the hard carbon fiber thermal insulation material blank to obtain a processed part, and coating the processed part. USE - Preparation method of hard carbon fiber heat insulating material with graphene high-efficiency anti-erosion layer for aviation and high temperature industrial furnace.
