NOVELTY - Paint comprises e.g. diatomite, deionized water, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropanol amine ether, KH-560, polymer modified graphene oxide and sulfonated polybenzimidazole modified octaphenyl cage type polysilsesquioxane coated nano silver; the polymer modified graphene oxide preparation comprises synthesizing naphthalene tetra carboxylic dianhydride-terminated polypyrrole prepolymer in a 100 ml dry three-necked flask, adding 3,3'-diaminobenzidine, naphthalene tetra carboxylic dianhydride, benzoic acid, under nitrogen protection and magnetic stirring and raising the reaction temperature. USE - Used as paint. ADVANTAGE - The coating is mildew proof, resistant to corrosion, rust (claimed), heat, scratch, water, weather, has strong adhesive attraction, high hardness, and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Paint comprises 5-15 pts. wt. diatomite, 15-25 pts. wt. deionized water, 5-10 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene polyoxypropanol amine ether, 5-9 pts. wt. KH-560, 10-30 pts. wt. polymer modified graphene oxide and 10-20 pts. wt. sulfonated polybenzimidazole modified octaphenyl cage type polysilsesquioxane coated nano silver; the polymer modified graphene oxide preparation comprises (i) synthesizing naphthalene tetra carboxylic dianhydride-terminated polypyrrole prepolymer in a 100 ml dry three-necked flask, adding 10 mmol of 3,3'-diaminobenzidine, 11 mmol 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic anhydride, naphthalene tetra carboxylic dianhydride, 22 mmol benzoic acid, 3 ml isoquinoline and 40 ml m-cresol, under nitrogen protection and magnetic stirring for 2 hours, raising the reaction temperature to 85 degrees C for 6 hours, carrying out the reaction at 190 degrees C for 21 hours, after the end of the reaction temperature to 70 degrees C and quickly pouring into 150 ml methanol to obtain large amount of solid precipitate; repeatedly washing the product with methanol, collecting the polymer by suction filtering and drying in a vacuum oven at 160 degrees C for 20 hours; (ii) synthesizing amino-terminated sulfonated polyimide prepolymer in a 100 ml dry three-necked flask, adding 1.6 mmol 2,2'-bis(4-sulfophenoxy)-diaminobiphenyl, 12.5 ml m-cresol and 0.8 ml triethylamine, under nitrogen protection and magnetic stirring; dissolving 2,2'-bis(4-sulfophenoxy)-diaminobiphenyl completely, adding 1.5 mmol 3,4,9,10-perylene tetracarboxylic dianhydride, 3 mmol benzoic acid and 0.6 ml isoquinoline; stirring at room temperature for 1 hour, carrying out the reaction at 80 degrees C for 4 hours and at 180 degrees C for 20 hours, cooling the reaction to room temperature and carrying out the next reaction; (iii) carrying out block copolymerization reaction in reaction solution of step (ii), adding 0.095 mmol of the naphthalene tetra carboxylic dianhydride-terminated polypyrrole prepolymer obtained in the step (i) and 4 ml m-cresol, stirring at room temperature for 1 hour, carrying out the reaction at 180 degrees C for 20 hours, cooling the reaction to 80 degrees C and rapidly pouring into 150 ml methanol to obtain a large amount of filamentous products, repeatedly washing the product with methanol, collecting the polymer by suction filtering and drying in a vacuum oven at 130 degrees C for 10 hours to obtain an amino-terminated block copolymer; (iv) adding 3 g amino-terminated block copolymer to 200 ml beaker, 150 ml dimethyl sulfoxide, dissolving and stirring at 80 degrees C, adding 5 g KH-560, 10 g graphene oxide and heating the mixture to 80 degrees C and stirring for 2 hours; pouring the mixture into deionized water, and filtering, and drying the filter cake in vacuum at 120 degrees C for 4 hours to obtain polymer modified graphene oxide; the preparation of sulfonated polybenzimidazole modified octaphenyl cage type polysilsesquioxane coated nano silver comprises taking 0.09 mol 3,3'-diaminobenzidine dissolving in 1000 g polyphosphoric acid containing 86 wt.% phosphorus pentoxide, adding 0.07 mole 5-aminoisophthalic acid and 0.03 mol 5-sulfoisophthalic acid to the reaction solution, carrying out the reaction at 210 degrees C for 15 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a carboxy-terminated sulfonated polybenzimidazole prepolymer reaction solution; adding 200 g octaphenyl-cage type polysilsesquioxane and 52 g of nano-silver to the carboxy-terminated sulfonated polybenzimidazole prepolymer reaction solution, heating at 210 degrees C for 5 hours, cooling to room temperature, precipitating into the water, then neutralizing with aqueous ammonia, filtering, drying at 120 degrees C in vacuum. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing paint comprising taking above raw materials, adding to mixer mixing fully for 10 minutes and discharging.
