NOVELTY - Method for preparing controlled release type cosmetic gel material, involves (a) dispersing the existing available transglutaminase (TGC) protease in the graphene aerogel, freeze-drying and stably encapsulating the TGC protease, (b) adding and ultrasonically dispersing fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl glycoside, with content obtained in step (a), (c) further mixing the content obtained in step (b) with chitosan, acrylic acid, collagen, azone-form a gel. USE - The method is useful for preparing controlled release type cosmetic gel material which is useful for repairing scar, preferably striae gravidarum, scabies scar, acne scars and other scars. ADVANTAGE - The controlled release type cosmetic gel material regulates the supply of nutrients and recovery metabolic function of the skin.
