NOVELTY - The display panel has a light emitting device provided with a first electrode and a second electrod, where a work function of the first electrode is less than the second electrode. The first electrode comprises a graphene layer. A nano-meter graphene coil layer is formed with the graphene layer. A graphene nano-volume of the graphene nano-meter roll layer is formed with multiple tubular structures. Nano-metal particles are dispersed in the graphene layer and the graphene nanometer coil layer. The first electrode comprises a first graphene layer and a second graphene layer. The graphene nano coil layer is located between the first graphene layer and the second graphene layer. USE - Display panel.e.g OLED display.
