NOVELTY - A hard anti-peeling graphene aqueous paint comprises 25-30 pts. wt. aluminum isopropoxide, 100-120 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-2 pts. wt. dodecenylsuccinic acid, 0.7-1 pts. wt. myristic acid sodium soap, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. octyl isothiazolinone, 0.8-1 pts. wt. diisopropylethylamine, 0.06-0.1 pts. wt. diaminodiphenyl ether, 4-5 pts. wt. mannitol, 10-14 pts. wt. hard silane latex, and 10-14 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Hard anti-peeling graphene aqueous paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has improved viscosity and product adhesion, and enhanced anti-stripping strength and impact strength, and improves surface hardness of coating film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of hard anti-peeling graphene aqueous paint comprising: (A) taking octyl isothiazolinone, adding 5-7 times anhydrous ethanol, stirring uniformly, adding mannitol, and heat preservation for 4-10 minutes at 60-70 degrees C to obtain the alcohol dispersion; (B) taking the graphene and dodecenylsuccinic acid, adding 20-30 times deionized water, stirring uniformly, adding aminodiphenyl ether, and performing ultrasonic for 4-5 minutes to obtain carboxyl graphene dispersion; (C) taking the aluminum isopropoxide, adding 40-55 times deionized water, stirring uniformly, adding the alcohol dispersion, stirring uniformly, dropping ammonia water, adjusting pH value to 10-13, stirring at normal temperature for 2- 3 hours, adding myristic acid sodium soap, and uniformly stirring to obtain the sol alcohol solution; (D) taking ethanolamine, adding 130-140 times deionized water, uniformly stirring, adding epoxy resin and E44 hard silane latex, heat preservation for 10-20 minutes at 50-60 degrees C to obtain the resin emulsion; and (E) taking the sol alcohol and carboxyl graphene dispersion liquid to mix and stir uniformly; keeping stirring for 2-3 hours at 90-95 degrees C, adding the resin emulsion, stirring to normal temperature, and the remaining raw materials at 1600-2000 revolutions/minute for 30-40 minutes to obtain the hard anti-peeling graphene aqueous coating.
