▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of a fluorinated graphene-modified epoxy resin coating, comprises (i) preparation of experimental drugs and experimental equipment; (ii) preparation of graphene oxide by improving the hummers method: preparing fluorinated graphene (FG) by adopting hydrofluoric acid (HF) to react with graphene oxide (GO), and then fluorinated graphene (FG) was added to epoxy resin to prepare composite materials, and to explore the influence of fluorinated graphene (FG) modified epoxy resin (EP) coating on adhesion and corrosion resistance. The method was studied by FTIR, XRD, SEM and other testing equipment, the surface morphology, microstructure and coating corrosion protection performance of fluorinated graphene FG were investigated, and the effect of fluorinated graphene (FG) on the compactness of the coating was studied by adhesion test. USE - The epoxy resin coating is used for corrosion resistant coating, nano electron, photoelectric and thermoelectric device. ADVANTAGE - The fluorinated graphene modified epoxy resin coating has excellent corrosion resistance, adhesion, corrosion resistance and coating compactness, and is prepared by simple and economical process.
