NOVELTY - Thermally conductive silica gel sheet comprises 2-7 wt.% methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 3-8 wt.% vinyl silicone, 2-6 wt.% dimethicone, 1-5 wt.% hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 1-5 wt.% platinum catalyst, 3-7 wt.% silicon carbide, 1-5 wt.% polyphenylene sulfide, 2-7 wt.% graphene, 1-5 wt.% nano-carbon, 1-5 wt.% carbon fiber, 1-5 wt.% thermal conducting silicone grease, 1-5 wt.% alumina particles, 1-5 wt.% glass fiber and remaining of water. USE - As thermally conductive silica gel sheet. ADVANTAGE - The silica gel sheet has excellent heat conduction characteristics, high heat conduction and heat dissipation efficiency.
