NOVELTY - The box-type ultra-high temperature furnace system has a high-temperature furnace assembly (1) and protection mechanism (2). The high temperature furnace assembly comprises furnace body (101), aluminum oxide hearth, nano- thermal baffle and air layer. The protection mechanism comprises door body (201), deformation measuring window, multiple water cooling layers, drawer-type water cooling box and four heating bodies. The outer side wall of the furnace body is fixedly connected to the inner sidewall of the door body. The air layer is arranged on one side of the inner side wall far away from the aluminum hearth. The nanometre insulating plate is fixed to one side close to the air layer. The water cooling layer (204) are opened on the inner wall of furnace body and door body and are hinged on the outer sidewall far from the deformation measurement window. USE - Box-type ultra-high temperature furnace system for research and development of materials e.g. ceramic, graphite and graphene, in an ultra high temperature environment. ADVANTAGE - The whole furnace structure is more reasonable, there is no gap, it improves the whole heat preservation effect, it avoids the situation of the fire, it saves the energy and ensures the personal safety of the test staff. The deformation measuring window is provided with a deformation measurement on the door body, so as to measure the deformation of the sample, the test data is more abundant, the system greatly improves the condition of test data deletion and ensure the process of material research. The water cooling layer ensures the surface temperature of the furnace body, when there is leakage, the drawer type water cooling box can be pulled out for maintenance, and the disassembly is more convenient.
