NOVELTY - The method involves covering graphene film on a lighting surface of a solar battery and forming an outer lead adhesion layer on a selected area of the solar battery, where the graphene film is made of graphene material, and the solar battery is silicon, germanium, copper, indium or titanium battery. An outer lead is leaded out from the selected area. USE - Solar battery surface electrode preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing the graphene film with better conductivity and light transmission as transparent conducting material to form PN or PIN connection. The method enables avoiding complex growth process, increasing luminous flux energy entering to the battery and photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar battery with simple process, low manufacturing cost and wide application range.
