▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing quaternary ammoniated oxidized graphene composite nanofiltration membrane involves dispersing the amination reagent in the graphene oxide solution, adjusting the reaction temperature to obtain aminated graphene oxide solution, taking macromolecular polymer ultrafiltration membrane as basement membrane, and then filtering the aminated graphene oxide solution on the ultrafiltration membrane to get functional layer for aminated oxide graphene composite nanofiltration membrane. USE - Method for producing a quaternary ammoniated oxidized graphene composite nanofiltration membrane used for treating electroplating and printing waste water with high cation content (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce quaternary ammoniated oxidized graphene composite nanofiltration membrane has positive charge and negative charge, has high flux, and improves the retention performance of the valent cation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing quaternary ammoniated oxidized graphene composite nanofiltration membrane involves dispersing the amination reagent in the graphene oxide solution, adjusting the reaction temperature to obtain aminated graphene oxide solution, taking macromolecular polymer ultrafiltration membrane as basement membrane, and then filtering the aminated graphene oxide solution on the ultrafiltration membrane to get functional layer for aminated oxide graphene composite nanofiltration membrane. The aminated oxide graphene composite nanofiltration membrane is immersed in a crosslinking agent solution and the reaction temperature is adjusted in situ to obtain quaternary ammoniated oxidized graphene composite nanofiltration membrane.
