NOVELTY - Preparing polyolefine graphene composite material comprises e.g. weighing 100 pts. wt. polyolefin, 10-25 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. trimethyl chlorosilane, weighing the components at room temperature and mixing uniformly to obtain mixing material, heating mixed material at 60-90 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain the preactivated material, weighing 1-5 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, providing pre activated material and obtained preactivated material, mixing uniformly at room temperature, and activating for 0.5-2 hours at 100-150 degrees C in an inert gas atmosphere. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyolefine graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: easily solves the problem of agglomeration of graphene; optimizes the compatibility between polymer (polyolefin) and a graphene material; is simple and suitable for large scale production and has great market prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyolefine graphene composite material comprises (i) weighing 100 pts. wt. polyolefin, 10-25 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. trimethyl chlorosilane, weighing the components at room temperature and mixing uniformly to obtain mixing material, (ii) heating mixed material at 60-90 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain the preactivated material, (iii) weighing 1-5 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, providing pre activated material and obtained preactivated material, mixing uniformly at room temperature, and activating for 0.5-2 hours at 100-150 degrees C in an inert gas atmosphere to obtain polyolefin graphene composite material.
