▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene aluminum-based conductive coating is prepared by coating a conductive agent and silica sol on an aluminum-based substrate. The conductive agent is graphene, dispersant and carbon nanotubes. The amount of carbon nanotubes added is within 30% of the weight of the conductive agent. The weight ratio of conductive agent and silicon dioxide in the silica sol is 1:3-1:2. The dispersant is one or more of polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, acrylic acid, acrylonitrile or polyether. USE - Graphene aluminum-based conductive coating of solid capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating component does not contain organic resin, good conductivity, strong adhesive force and good high temperature resistance (more than 300 °C). When coating and preparing, it can completely use aqueous system, environment-friendly and pollution-free. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the aluminium graphene based conductive coating. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the adhesive force level distribution. (Drawing includes non-English language text)
