NOVELTY - Composite foaming material comprises 50-60 pts. wt. natural rubber, 13-17 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 4-6 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 4-6 pts. wt. white carbon black, 14-17 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1.8-2.4 pts. wt. graphene, 4-6 pts. wt. nano-medium, 2-3 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2.5-4 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 2-2.4 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 3-4 pts. wt. flow agent and 2-2.4 pts. wt. foaming agent. The flame retardant comprises zinc diethylphosphinate and triphenyl phosphate. USE - As composite foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The composite foaming material has reached UL-94V0 flame retardancy test, exhibits high oxygen index, lower density, excellent tensile strength and excellent mechanical properties than ordinary natural rubber foaming material, and is lightweight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the composite foaming material, involving (i) feeding natural rubber into an internal mixer, refining the natural rubber at 142-146 degrees C for 13-15 minutes, discharging and storing the natural rubber at room temperature for greater than or equal to 50 hours, (ii) feeding natural rubber with butadiene rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, white carbon black, flame retardant, graphene, nano-medium, zinc oxide, heat stabilizer and flow agent into internal mixer, banburying at 85-90 degrees C for 12-15 minutes and banding the mixture at 104-108 degrees C for 9-12 minutes, adding crosslinking agent and foaming agent, banburying at 115-120 degrees C for 8-10 minutes and discharging, and (iii) feeding the obtained mixture into an open mill, thinning the mixture on an open mill for 2-4 times to obtain an open rubber mixture, feeding the open rubber mixture to a mold for hot-pressing foaming, cooling and molding, cutting to obtain the product.
