▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene doped calcium silicate coating comprises: (a) wet ball milling calcium silicate and graphene together to obtain a suspension, and drying the suspension to obtain calcium silicate/graphene composite spherical powder, (b) spraying the calcium silicate/grapheme spherical composite powder by vacuum plasma spraying method on the surface of the base material to form graphene doped calcium silicate coating. USE - The graphene doped calcium silicate coating is useful for hard tissue substitute material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has better biological compatibility, high bonding strength with the metal substrate, improved wear-resisting property, and is good for implants, and in particular has long-term stability between the bearing material and the tissue.
